The reason is simple and I doubt I'm alone on this. The first time we get a place of our own we realize just how many things a house needs.....so Ikea ( and similar) is our next destination, great to get everything in one trip and for a good price......it just is a bit soulless and monotonous.
A little thing that was bothering me was a silly one, but there it was, staring at me EVERY DAY. My toilet roll holder.
I started looking through my scrap basket and came across some bits of blue a net curtain.
-1 bottom circle
All with a 1 cm Seam Allowance.
Stitch it all up and you should be done.

DISASTER !!!
and cut a hole through, I again choose some net and blue pieces.
Leave a gap a fill with leftover blue fabric so scruffy stitching is no longer visible
we'll see what the boys in my house think of it...
Before you start ask your self two things
If it goes wrong.....is it going to affect me? and is it fixable?
I probably will have to remake a less feminine one for the house, but I had a good bit of fun and every step of the way is a new learning curve.....JUST HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF FUN ONCE IN A WHILe
